Who I am:
Janet Navara Bandera, the Principal of The Bandera Law Firm, P.C., is engaged in the practice of law specialing in estate and tax planning for individuals as well as business succession planning. She is also a columnist for the Journal of Practical Estate Planning writing on philanthropic planning strategies.

My client profile is broad based and covers a variety of individuals and families. There is no client too big or too small, the sole requirement is a committment to assuring a smooth transition after death or retirement.
After the initial consultation, the client should know his or her options in estate planning and how to avoid probate, if desirable as well as the cost of a proposed plan.
My office provides estate plans based on a flat fee arrangement whereby the fee is agreed to between the attorney and the client in advance and is due and payable upon completion and execution of the estate plan.
