- This drill is designed to teach the jump stop after dribbling. The
jump start is done by catching the ball at the same time as landing with
both feet after dribbling.
- Start at one end of your dribbling area.
- Triple Threat
- Jab and Attack
- Dribble three times and come to a jump stop, assuming the triple threat
position.
- 1-2-3 Stop
- Triple Threat
- Step Forward
- Step Back
- Triple Threat
- Jab and Attack
- Repeat this (1-2-3-Stop) until you get to the end of your dribbling area.
- Turn around when you get to the other end and repeat.
