Ball Handling 0:05 - 0:15
- Slap Ball - Wake it Up
- Toss ball and catch it
- One Hand Balance
- Around the Waist
- Around the Ankles
- In and Out
- Space Catch - Over the Shoulder Catch
Pivoting 0:15 - 0:20
- Triple Threat Position
- Jab and Attack/Fake Left
- Hokey Pokey
Dribbling 0:20 - 0:35
- Sitting Down
- Left, Right
- Regular, High, Low, One Finger
- Under Legs
- Partner Dribbling
- Hold right hands with partner and dribble with left hand
- Dribble ball on outside, rotate around the hands in the middle
- Repeat with holding left hands and dribbling with the right.
- Bumper Ball
- Dribble Adventure
Break 0:35 - 0:40
Passing 0:40 - 0:50
- Push Passing
- Regular Passes
- Pivot and Pass
- Bounce Passes
- Two Ball Passing
- 3 on 1 Keep-Away (4 corners)
- 3 Players at corners (one corner is open)
- Do not pass across the middle
- Move to open corner without the ball
Shooting 0:50 - 1:00
- Shooting from Different Spots
- 3-5 Shooters at a basket, coach rebounds
- Spread out in a semi-circle
- Shoot 5 from each spot and then rotate
- Shoot off of a pass
- Make a single line in front of basket - 10-15 feet
(put a cone to mark the start of line)
- Run forward
- Coach passes ball
- Catch ball, get set, and shoot
- One shot only, then go to back of line
- Shoot off of a dribble
- Same line as above
- Coach passes before girl moves
- Dribble in, stop, and shot
